Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

It's a well run friendly hospital.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the team at Cleveland Clinic. From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. Thanks to him, I’m now recovering well and finally free of the discomfort and uncertainty that came with the cyst. I’m incredibly grateful to have been in such capable hands. Mr Karadaglis, was very professional. He really listened to my symptoms and it was heard. Very polite, and he went Extra mile for me as a patient.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

Staff were excellent. Had good care.
