Very pleasant expr, from start to finish. Hawa the secretary was very helpful and easily contactable. Professor Scott was also very personable, pleasant, informative and explained everything in a clear manner. I felt as though I was in the best possible hands.

Fantastic experience with Matthew and Kelli, from start to finish. They couldn’t be more helpful, professional and friendly. I was very nervous but they put me at ease and in a matter of weeks, my issue has been resolved. Very thankful.

Overall experience was very good.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.
