The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

Everything about PROMIS exceeded expectations. The entire staff was compassionate, friendly, and helpful. The facilities were clean and cozy. The food was excellent. And the care was top notch.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

Doctor Bloomfield is a nice man and is eseay enough for me to talk to over video call
