I was always skeptical about therapy before I tried it and never understood how talking could help, but Individual therapy helped me dig into the deeper issues behind my addiction and truly get to know myself, while group therapy reminded me I wasn’t alone and I got to hear other people’s stories and perspectives. Thanks to Infinity I have managed to completely turn my life around. Not only have I managed to stay clean, but I’ve learnt skills that have helped me to cope and thrive in all aspects of my life so for that, I am forever grateful.

Mum really enjoys the food, one of her favourites is fish, chips and mushy peas and loves all the sponge puddings! The entertainment team is amazing, with something going on virtually every day, which Mum loves taking part in
