Choosing Infinity Addiction Solutions was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. When I first started, I wasn’t sure if it would be enough—I worried that without the structure of inpatient treatment, I might struggle to stay on track. But looking back, I can confidently say that this program gave me the tools, support, and confidence I needed to rebuild my life while staying connected to my responsibilities. Ian and the team are incredible, and I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction. I was always skeptical about therapy before I tried it and never understood how talking could help, but Individual therapy helped me dig into the deeper issues behind my addiction and truly get to know myself, while group therapy reminded me I wasn’t alone and I got to hear other people’s stories and perspectives. Thanks to Infinity I have managed to completely turn my life around. Not only have I managed to stay clean, but I’ve learnt skills that have helped me to cope and thrive in all aspects of my life so for that, I am forever grateful.
