Arrived and was seen promptly on time. Very thorough consultation, I felt listened to at all times and everything that is required as a next step was explained clearly. I felt reassured leaving the appointment.

I was apprehensive about my ‘awake’ polypectomy with Mr Barnes, but it was quick, painless and sociable and I can now breathe freely for the first time in ten years. The hospital has easy free parking and the staff are relaxed and friendly. Highly recommended.

The paediatric department at Phoenix hospital Chelmsford is a haven for kids and parents alike! The doctors, nurses, and staff are incredibly caring, compassionate, and professional. From the welcoming atmosphere to the expert care, everything about this department screams 'child-friendly' and 'parent-approved'. The way they handle each child with such gentleness and understanding is truly commendable. Kudos to the entire team for making a potentially scary experience so much more manageable. Five stars isn't enough – we'd give them ten stars if we could!

The staff at Phoenix are wonderful. Always compassionate and we have been well looked after on all the 3 occasions we have been there. It is always clean and Nurses and Doctors are very good.
