Mr Akobundu Nnochiri is an incredible doctor. He understood my condition fully, was able to diagnose with great accuracy and reassured me. I felt like I was in the best hands going into my operation. He listened to all my concerns and talked them out with me, as well as clearly went over all my options. Post surgery I have the tiniest scars ( I have no idea how he performed such a big surgery without barely marking my body) . I couldn't recommend Dr Nnochiri enough.

I had an open myomectomy in November 2024 and had 23 fibroids removed. Mr Nnochiri did a great job. From the consultation he was very clear with how things would go and everything went according to plan. He preserved my womb which allows me the option to still reproduce should I wish to, which was something that I mentioned was important for me. He was very kind when listening and professional with his thorough execution. I’m grateful I was recommended him by a friend.

Dr. Nnochiri came via a referral in my private insurance. I was clearly shaken up by my diagnosis and has never undergone ANY surgery prior to coming into his care. I also assumed a female doctor might be a better fit but I decided to consult with him anyway since I was still considering my options. The session lasted much longer than planned because I had a lot of questions and he never once glanced at his watch: I got to ask all my questions and followed up afterwards via email, all of which he answered with patience and insight. My surgery went very well. There is absolutely no scarring (I am 4 weeks post op right now) thanks to Dr. N adapting the surgery process to ensure I don’t develop hypertrophic scars (something I am pre-disposed to). He patiently explained everything we should know about the process and answered any questions or doubts we had.
