My experience with Jonathan & his team have been second to none. I felt totally at ease from start to finish. Jonathan answered all my questions thoroughly, honestly & reassured me on all my concerns. I had read that his team also advised on your skin health & lifestyle. Karen his aesthetician was so helpful on getting my skin to the optimum health, advising on products how to use them etc before the op & is still continuing to do so. Then we come to Shyamala who advises on lifestyle & this I have to say I was a little skeptical, but after having my initial consultation with her & wanting to get the best outcome after investing so much in my face I decided to try & follow her personalised schedule. I really didn’t think it would do much & was very surprised when I started losing weight (I’ve battled with my weight for many years) I had more energy & I generally felt much better in myself, I truly believe this helped in my recovery & I will try to carry on with all her advice, she is truly a beautiful sole. We then come to the ‘twilight sedation’ which id never heard of. Obviously I wanted the optimum results so was happy to go with it. During the 3 & half hour op I felt I was mostly conscious but was probably drifting in & out of sleep, could hear music & hear what was going on but felt completely comfortable throughout. What I am astounded at is the level of bruising & swelling which was minimal & how quickly I recovered. I recently underwent a rhinoplasty procedure under the care of the Jonathan Britto Clinic. Mr Britto had been recommended to me by a trusted medical professional who attested to his surgical skill, ethical practice and kind and approachable nature. This genuine recommendation provided me with enough confidence to approach his practice. I was greeted on the phone by Jessica, a member of Mr Britto’s secretarial team, who came across as very friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She broadly outlined the appointment schedule for rhinoplasty, and booked an initial appointment for me with Mr Britto. In this first appointment, I found it difficult to hide my vulnerability when explaining the reasons behind my wanting a rhinoplasty, and I also found it difficult to put into words my complex medical history. Mr Britto gave me time, and met my anxious vulnerability with an honest openness, warmth and thoughtfulness, and I felt genuinely heard and understood by him. The very best outcomes in any procedure I believe are met when there is great trust and understanding between patient and physician and so this initial meeting was a very important first stepping stone towards treatment for me. I had upper & lower eyelid surgery carried out by Jonathon Britto. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent!
