Very good customer service. The optician was very polite and efficient. He made feel very confident that I was getting the best treatment. Alan was also very polite, efficient and helpful. The selection of glasses was very good. I feel I can recommend Smithdown Eyecare with confidence.

We had a very short waiting time and were impressed by the friendly, professional staff throughout our experience at Spire Hospital. We felt truly supported, especially by the practice manager, who went above and beyond to help us navigate everything with the insurance company.

In addition to providing thoughtful and reassuring consultations, Dr Elsheikh also carried out several procedures during my hospital care. His calm and professional manner made a potentially daunting experience feel far more manageable. He took the time to explain everything clearly beforehand and ensured I felt comfortable and safe throughout.
