Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel. I have just come from a follow up consultation at The Dry Eye Centre. Sometimes it's hard to write a review when the service you experience is this good. If you are looking on this website and wondering whether to make an appointment, I sincerely urge you to do so. This year due to some health factors, has been very dark. When dry eye turned up to the party the light pretty much went out. People who don't suffer with this don't understand how debilitating it is, and doctors who profess to know how to treat it often don't. At least, that has been my experience until now. Today I saw Fazlin Jetha. A light in the dark. Aside from being an expert in this field, she is one of the most understanding humans you would have the fortune to meet. Today she went above and beyond to accommodate my anxieties. I was truly listened to and everything was explained to me clearly and with genuine care, I will be embarking on a course of IPL and hope to see benefit, progress with dry eye is a long process, but the treatment I have received so far has made a great deal of difference, and I feel comfortable putting my trust in this clinic. It has been a long journey to this point but I believe the destination is the correct one. If you are suffering, speak to them. The diagnostics are comprehensive, the treatments are cutting edge and the care is genuine.

Very quick for my laser treatment. Everyone very helpful and friendly

Efficient staff who are all good at their jobs. Surgeon (Dr. Sam) was also excellent and very quick with both cataract surgery and laser treatment. However I felt the discharge procedure at the end of treatment was a bit lax and suggest patients are given a letter or pamphlet to fully explain, for example is it in order to contact your opticians etc.
