We have always had a good experience on the 12th floor at Royal Free.

We we're greeted as soon as the door was open. The Dr was very friendly and informative.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

Sent me a couple of forms to fill in and gave me an appointment reasonably quickly. Appointment was by video, connection was good quality, Doctor was perfectly on time. Excellent!
