Excellent service

I have an old patient of this clinic under Dr. Abraham and have always been satisfied and very happy with my visit experience.

All members of staff are welcoming and take time to make sure you are comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

From initial enquiry the process has been first class.. I received an appointment very soon and the the optometrists were very friendly and carried out their tests in a thorough way and friendly manner. an appointment for my cataract surgery followed quickly and on the day again the nursing staff were very competent and friendly. The operative procedure was carried out causing me to be totally relaxed and without any nerves. As already stated First Class and I would recommend to anyone.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

Can't say anything but good about my visit

The staff, all of those encountered, were welcoming and friendly. The health care assistant had a reassuring manner. Mr Matthews explained procedures clearly and himself was friendly and reassuring.

Experience was good overall. Slight delay in surgery led to a bit of dehydration. Everything else was great.

My overall experience from the beginning to the end of my Refractive Lens replacement process was faultless. I would like to praise Mr Goel and his team for the way they dealt with the particular challenges I presented. My vision now exceeds the expectations I had before undergoing the procedure. I would recommend Mr Goel to anyone having problems with their eyes or vision.
