Very pleasant expr, from start to finish. Hawa the secretary was very helpful and easily contactable. Professor Scott was also very personable, pleasant, informative and explained everything in a clear manner. I felt as though I was in the best possible hands.

All members of staff are welcoming and take time to make sure you are comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Can’t fault The Grafton Suite in any way!

Fantastic experience with Matthew and Kelli, from start to finish. They couldn’t be more helpful, professional and friendly. I was very nervous but they put me at ease and in a matter of weeks, my issue has been resolved. Very thankful.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.
