Very pleasant expr, from start to finish. Hawa the secretary was very helpful and easily contactable. Professor Scott was also very personable, pleasant, informative and explained everything in a clear manner. I felt as though I was in the best possible hands.

Despite moving away from the area the patient experience is outstanding and returned despite an approximate 2 hour return journey.

In addition to providing thoughtful and reassuring consultations, Dr Elsheikh also carried out several procedures during my hospital care. His calm and professional manner made a potentially daunting experience feel far more manageable. He took the time to explain everything clearly beforehand and ensured I felt comfortable and safe throughout. The level of care and attention he showed was outstanding, and I felt genuinely supported every step of the way.

Fantastic experience with Matthew and Kelli, from start to finish. They couldn’t be more helpful, professional and friendly. I was very nervous but they put me at ease and in a matter of weeks, my issue has been resolved. Very thankful.
