Efficient, professional, easy and simple from start to finish! Hospital is lovely and clean, reception staff are great, very helpful

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

Was a very good experience, everyone was very pleasant and professional.

I have attended Spire Diagnostic Centre before and even on this occasion have found the building, location, parking, staff very very good. The building is clean and staff are helpful.
