All the staff I had contact with were very supportive especially in theatre area. However I felt the cleanliness of my room although clean to start with this standard was not kept up during my 36 hour stay. My gown and dirty sheets were just left on the floor throughout and no bin was emptied or bathroom cleaned which surprised me.

Staff friendly, no long waiting time , free parking, free tea and coffee. Can’t ask for much more

The staff at Nuffield are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The young man at reception is an example of what we should all strive to be. I was utterly impressed by his empathy and willing to help the elderly patients around him.

Parking was easy enough. All staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and we were lucky to be seen slightly early.

Overall a notably professional service (staff and facilities). The booking in method of using a tablet wasnt the best user experience for me due to the software being a bit clunky and not liking some of the answers entered.
