Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. I always choose St Anthony’s because of my 1st experience there. It’s clean, the staff are friendly and the care is incredible. There is lots of parking and all is just very well organised. I have always walked away with results and good advice.
