Dr. Patel carefully explained the result of the treatment. She was friendly and very patient to ensure I understood all that was being said. Dr. Patel and her staff are very professional and all made the experience at the clinic very relaxed.

She explains what's happening and why during the treatment (and gives more detail if I ask for it!) and always seems determined to do the best job. She has a lovely support team in the treatment room who all help to make each visit very comfortable.

Dr Kalkani and her team were exceptional. My daughter who suffers extreme anxiety in any medical setting needed two teeth to be extracted under local anaesthetic. The whole team were so incredibly kind to her, and patient and managed to get her to a point where she felt confident enough to agree to go ahead with the procedure- which was no mean feat! This was done incredibly well, with very little pain or discomfort or swelling after. My daughter felt in control, was listened to, and came away having had a very positive experience. We are very grateful!
