Supremely grateful to have had the privilege of working with Thomas. His focus on results, all while giving me the space to learn and fail as I went on this journey, was transformational. I feel like I have been reeducated and I now have the tools to do what is right by my body and mind.

I turned to Weightmatters for psychological therapy with the hope of "rewiring" my thinking, especially around how I used food to cope with emotional pain. Steve is engaged and attentive all while remaining professional with his work. He asks deliberate questions which promote reflection and challenge the ways I think. He has always been well organised with booking sessions and flexible with rearranging on occasions where I may be busy. It is clear he has substantial knowledge and training in his field but with a personal and mindful touch. He is excellent at creating a comfortable and safe space to open up about anything I would like, as well as actively listening to things I want from therapy.
