All staff at the Nuffield were professional and caring. I experienced a short delay for surgery due to a misunderstanding regarding medication. I had cause to return to the hospital over a medical concern but I was give an appointment the same day and treated by a Doctor promptly on arrival. The catering staff also deserve mentioning as the food was delicious and delivered with a smile!

The centre is very nice, you can have a drink while you wait, the staff are polite and professional, it was spotlessly clean and the waiting room was very comfortable.

Great to find a surgeon that was able to identify the problem alleviate my pain and at all times remained professional with a good bedside manner.

I would recommend Rowley Hall Hospital and all the staff for there high standards and friendly service Mr Malek is very understanding gives his patients confidence Many thanks.
