I recently did ptosis surgery on one of my eye with Dr. Ahmad Aziz, and I’m extremely happy with the results. From the initial consultation to the follow up appointments, the care I received was very good. Dr. Aziz explained the procedure thoroughly, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise. The surgery went smoothly and the recovery was much easier than I expected. My vision has improved significantly and I feel more confident in my appearance. I was referred by email to Mr Sian from my Optician His Secretary dealt with the email promptly She immediately made contact with me by telephone to my request for an appointment with Mr Sian, She then sent a copy of the referral to my Health Insurance company who had requested it in order to give me an authorisation number for the initial appointment and then for the operation. The advice received was easy to understand The Nuffield instructions documents were clear and all staff were efficient and equipment was top quailty.
