As a physio myself, I was very careful in who I chose for my rehab. I chose Charlie due to his reviews and he did not disappoint. I have had a persistent achilles tendonitis on and off for years now. Charlie was able to look at the problem from multiple different angles and treat accordingly. After a mixture of hands-on physio and tailored home exercises, combined with a strength programme that I am now motivated to continue twice per week, my achilles is much better. Charlie also uses outcome measure so you can confidently track your progress. Also, he has access to high quality equipment to aid the process. Highly recommend. Mark

Excellent knowledge and bedside manner

Giulia has been my osteopath for the past 6-7 months. I initially visited her because I had a stiff neck and couldn’t move properly. After experiencing her amazing care, I decided to also address my shoulder issues, which I’ve had since I was a teenager but had always postponed treating. As this is a stubborn area, she always explains what she plans to do and why, which I really appreciate. She makes me feel very comfortable, and she is always gentle with me. I love how she takes the time to explain everything whenever I have a question.

After trying various treatments with different physiotherapists, osteopaths, and massage therapists, I was still struggling with persistent and often extreme knee pain that had lasted for several years. Nothing seemed to work—until I met Erin. From our first session, Erin impressed me with her incredibly thorough assessment. She took the time to understand the root cause of my issues and created a bespoke programme tailored specifically to my needs. We built on the programme every couple of weeks, and I followed it consistently. I’m absolutely thrilled to say that I’ve now been completely pain-free for over a year! Something I genuinely didn’t think was possible. It’s all thanks to Erin’s expertise, attention to detail, and commitment. More recently, due to the physical demands of my work, I’ve developed hip and shoulder pain, and once again, Erin has been amazing in helping me manage and improve those issues. She is a fantastic physiotherapist-knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly effective. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
