Immediate - efficient - effective After 17 years of sobriety I lapsed. I knew I needed immediate help. I found the assessment and registration process focused and efficient. Within weeks I was attending group sessessions and 1-2-1 counselling. The facilitators were extremely experienced providing the input that was needed for me to establish and consolidate my recovery and construct an achievable and maintainable plan. This was aided by a weekly addiction support group with participants that were not only empathetic they also provided an effective source of inspiration.

Excellent care and facilities

I've been using this service for a bit over a year now. From the DBT course, to the post-grad course, as well as 1-1 with Juliet (Psychotherapy) and further coaching from Rya (DBT/CBT). They've all been incredibly helpful and caring. My life has been continuously improving since I started working with them. Thank you

Every visit all staff & doctor are professional & friendly

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.
