Great service. Very respectful and accommodating of your personal needs. Faith is such a gentle, honest and familiar comfort. That is like talking to an old friend. I will definately miss our weekly problem solving (of my problems of course). She met me where I mentally was each week.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help from Steph Halfyard Jones with my stress and anxiety over the last year, She has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process and gone above and beyond in every way. The techniques she taught me have been game-changers - I'm catching negative thought spirals way earlier now any the coping strategies we practiced help me feel back to normal much quicker. I really appreciated how she made our sessions feel comfortable and always been there to support no matter how big or small the problem.
