Seth knows his stuff and was able to adapt my current weights routine to include exercises that I would enjoy and would help with my severe pain. I am now feeling much better.

Alison was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the duration of my visit. She took notes about the pain I had been experiencing and suggested scientifically sound techniques to help me manage this. We tried new techniques that I had not considered like dry needling which really helped. We also discussed emerging pain management options from conferences she attends to keep her practice up to date with the latest research. I would highly recommend Alison’s professionalism and prompt timekeeping.

I saw Andy many times due to metatarsal stress fracture and he closely worked with me to get back into good physical state and also helped me to understand the technical aspects required in order to maintain long term healthy fitness life style for being the runner. Before Andy, i never did over 5ks and now i run half marathons regularly! Thanks Andy and Pure sports for all the hard work behind the scenes to get people back into their routine!
