The schedule for the sessions was very well organised and managed. The nurse conducting the sessions was so friendly and put me at ease straight away so it was never a chore. The whole experience was very professional yet personable. After completing the course of rTMS I felt more mentally energised with increased motivation. I highly recommend the whole experience!

The compassionate therapists and supportive community provided the caring environment I needed to face my addiction head-on and develop healthier coping skills. James is very knowledgeable about eating disorders and has helped me understand my condition, the triggers as well as supporting me to work on strategies to stay on track with my recovery. He is a calming and encouraging presence in group. I am extremely grateful for the support I have received. My recovery has improved hugely under his guidance.
