Steve is engaged and attentive all while remaining professional with his work. He asks deliberate questions which promote reflection and challenge the ways I think. He has always been well organised with booking sessions and flexible with rearranging on occasions where I may be busy. The Wellbeing and Recovery Collective provide me with a safe space to openly explore issues blocking my recovery in a group setting. James is very knowledgeable about eating disorders and has helped me understand my condition, the triggers as well as supporting me to work on strategies to stay on track with my recovery. He is a calming and encouraging presence in group. I am extremely grateful for the support I have received. My recovery has improved hugely under his guidance.
