Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

Wonderful nurses and the care provided is amazing.

Excellent staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to explain everything clearly and to chat to me to help me feel relaxed and reassured. Overall a superb team.
