I wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help from Steph Halfyard Jones with my stress and anxiety over the last year, She has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process and gone above and beyond in every way. The techniques she taught me have been game-changers - I'm catching negative thought spirals way earlier now any the coping strategies we practiced help me feel back to normal much quicker. I really appreciated how she made our sessions feel comfortable and always been there to support no matter how big or small the problem. Steph’s support has made such a difference in my life, and I'm feeling so much better equipped to handle whatever comes my way. Thank you again for everything! I will miss our sessions. I wish for this review to be anonymous. I attended Priory Hospital Barnt Green as an outpatient for six weeks of daycare therapy every Tuesday and Thursday. Having anxiety and depression for several months had impacted my life and my consultant suggested therapy alongside medication. The hospital is clean and easy to find, only criticism is parking can be challenging. The therapists during the sessions were friendly and professional, providing support and tools to help with my conditions. Handouts were given and were useful to refer to during my days off from therapy. Being part of a group made me feel less alone during such a difficult time. The therapy room was comfortable and lunch provided. After my daycare therapy was completed, I have continued 1:1 therapy. My therapist Paul is approachable, compassionate and professional. He has provided tools to which has considerably helped me and I have come a long way to the person who arrived in therapy a few months ago. Thank you.

I approached the Sleep Disorders Clinic after having multiple set-backs progressing what was suspected to by OSA with the NHS. After several years of failed sleep studies, cancelled appointments and general shortfalls, I was not coping very well. I was referred to the Sleep Disorders Clinic, and after explaining my issues and concerns, Joseph was very quick to display a sleep study to me, and had the results back with me very quickly. It was very clear I needed a CPAP device, and again, one was setup and dispatched on the same day we went through my results. After receiving my CPAP machine (the next day!), there was a quick session to go through mask fitting, machine setup, general maintenance etc and I was good to go. My quality of life and sleep has improved dramatically, and I am able to go all night with my CPAP machine. It has been great to go through the results each week with Joseph and seeing a solid improvement with the data. I have been very happy throughout and am thrilled to be able to operate like a normal human again!

Amazing Doctors, Nurses, and Staff.

Quality staff, seamless booking process, super fast response times and excellent consultation. Follow up was just as impressive.

The overall experience was very good but with some reservations about the amount of internal meetings the doctors and staff attend. In general the nurses and staff are very helpful. Of particular note was the excellent lower ward court manager Tahera Taurobally. She was always attentive and extremely helpful to my husband when he visited me. My only minor issue is that as flowers are allowed in the room could they please provide plastic vases. !! Careful consideration should be given to the high weekly costs for care.

Great service. Very respectful and accommodating of your personal needs. Faith is such a gentle, honest and familiar comfort. That is like talking to an old friend. I will definately miss our weekly problem solving (of my problems of course). She met me where I mentally was each week.

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

All staff were friendly and approachable. Never felt rushed or unable to express concerns. Surgeon was reassuring and explained the procedure thoroughly, and done an excellent job. After care was excellent
