Great service. Very respectful and accommodating of your personal needs. Faith is such a gentle, honest and familiar comfort. That is like talking to an old friend. I will definately miss our weekly problem solving (of my problems of course). She met me where I mentally was each week.

The medical staff and therapists were very caring, attentive and supportive. The nursing and support staff are amazing and keep spirits high as well as delivering the highest standard care.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help from Steph Halfyard Jones with my stress and anxiety over the last year, She has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process and gone above and beyond in every way. The techniques she taught me have been game-changers - I'm catching negative thought spirals way earlier now any the coping strategies we practiced help me feel back to normal much quicker. I really appreciated how she made our sessions feel comfortable and always been there to support no matter how big or small the problem. Steph’s support has made such a difference in my life, and I'm feeling so much better equipped to handle whatever comes my way. Thank you again for everything! I will miss our sessions. The schedule for the sessions was very well organised and managed. The nurse conducting the sessions was so friendly and put me at ease straight away so it was never a chore. The whole experience was very professional yet personable. After completing the course of rTMS I felt more mentally energised with increased motivation. I highly recommend the whole experience!

After her therapy sessions the change in my daughter was noticeable and increased week on week.
