From being greeted at reception and taken to my room I felt at ease. The surgeon and the medical team were all knowledgeable

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.
