I am 67 years old Vitaly G.I was referred to teeth extraction to AF dental. Of course I was scared. From the very first step into clinic I was surprised by friendly atmosphere. My fears totally disappeared when I speak with doctor. After extraction I asked him, have you already remove teeth? Answer : sure. Dr. Dilek Guvenc saved my tooth, which another dentist had told me needed to be pulled. She is incredibly skilled, caring, and reliable. If you’re looking for a great periodontist in London, I can’t recommend her enough!

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.

I've been with Sparklysmile for decades. As a very nervous patient, one of the many aspects of the service I receive from Phil and Esther (hygienest) is that they explain at each stage of any treatment exactly what they're doing. This prepares me, helps me relax. The whole reception team are always friendly on each visit. Also, I'd like to say the response to the several dental emergiences I've had over the years has been very positive. Thank you everyone.
