Giulia has been my osteopath for the past 6-7 months. I initially visited her because I had a stiff neck and couldn’t move properly. After experiencing her amazing care, I decided to also address my shoulder issues, which I’ve had since I was a teenager but had always postponed treating. As this is a stubborn area, she always explains what she plans to do and why, which I really appreciate. She makes me feel very comfortable, and she is always gentle with me. I love how she takes the time to explain everything whenever I have a question.

I met Dr Turner just before Christmas following a seizure earlier in the year. From the outset, he treated me with professionalism, understanding and respect. He listened carefully and explained things very clearly at every stage. He carried out very thorough tests before diagnosing and prescribing medication. Following an earlier experience with a different consultant, I was relieved to be finally taken seriously and was treated with kindness and empathy at every stage. I can’t recommend Dr Turner highly enough.

I chose Dr.Theochari for my headache and neck/arm ache problem and I had a positive experience. The doctor is very attentive and patient and also reassuring. Dr Theochari spent good time to provide me with explanations that I asked for and explanations about the tests/investigations that she was doing/prescribing. She was very thorough. Also my understanding is that there are very few doctors who could investigate into a head and a neck situation (so that you don't need to go to another specialist about the neck) and I was very happy that I could complain about both problems to one specialist as I thought they might be related.

He had an excellent way of explaining things and I finally felt like I someone was understanding my situation. There was no rush and went through everything thoroughly.
