Clean, efficient

I don't like going to the Doctors usually I find it stressful. However attending the Well Life Clinic has changed my perception. The staff are warm, welcoming and extremely friendly. I feel listened to of which I'm grateful.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.
