Dr Hussain was my referring GP for a MRI scan I had. He carefully explained the results of the scans. The report from the radiologist was written in detail and with a lot of medical terminology. Dr Hussain clarified this and made me understand what everything meant. He asked relevant questions and was eager to listen fully to my answers. He was genuinely concerned that I should see a specialist ASAP which thankfully I had arranged for the next day. Dr Hussain facilitated the transfer of all sets of scans to the hip consultant. This happened very promptly and smoothly. He was courteous, caring and very helpful. He was exactly the person I needed at this difficult time.

I wish i had met Dr Jenkins twenty years ago. Diagnosed with an underactive thyroid at age 21, I struggled for years with what I now know to be undertreatment. After fighting with accessing NHS services locally, I sought a specialist opinion, and I will be forever grateful for finding Dr Jenkins. For the first time in over 20 years of intervention, I was examined thoroughly and received a comprehensive assessment of my physical health. Dr Jenkins knowledge and expertise are second to none. He told me exactly what he thought was happening, and my blood results showed he was 100% right in his diagnostic formulation. He recommended a small dose of liothyronine, adjunct to my levothyroxine, which in the UK is not provided/offered routinely by the NHS due to national guidance and local prescribing policies. This medication has been simply life-changing. The medication itself costs pennies. and for the first time in years, I am functioning; my hair isn't falling out, I'm losing weight in a healthy and sustainable manner, I am functioning at home and at work, and I no longer snore, much to my husband's delight! Most importantly, the positive impact on my long-term health outcomes has been priceless. I have recommended Dr Jenkins to a number of people and told them all the same: his consultation fees will be the best money you have ever spent! I cannot thank Dr Jenkins and Suzanne enough for the care they have provided.
