I am so thankful to the amazing team at Acorn fertility. You not only guided me with medical expertise, but you also treated me with so much kindness and understanding. The team at the Lister at The Portland was fabulous. Unlike other clinics, you were not just a number and put through a machine. Check-in staff knew my first name, emails were replied to quickly, ad hoc requests accommodated with no fuss. Everyone was friendly, kind, and empathetic. Nurses were super patient with demonstrating how to administer medication, re-checking dosages etc, theatre personnel were full of levity and, when appropriate, seriousness. Finance staff were super keen to help too. The emergency line was a huge help and no question or situation too minor.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Majority of the time we were seen on time or with very minor delays. The place is always immaculately clean and lots of space for waiting area. The free water is a nice touch.
