I came to Pure Sports Medicine for the first time with a recurring, intense back pain, I could barely move. The staff is very nice, and the facilities and equipment are great. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.

Overall experience was very good.

The staff are absolutely amazing and warm welcoming, the clinic is beautiful, definitely would recommend and use again! The nurse Maya was so gentle and patient, She made sure all my needs were met and was very professional. Many thanks
