Excellent so informative and caring

I recently had a consultation with Mr Kokan and I was very pleased with my experience. I immediately felt at ease with Mr Kokan as he was not only professional, but kind, considerate and respectful. He was very patient, clear and concise in his questioning and explanations which helped ease my stress in a very difficult situation. I would definitely see him again in the future and would absolutely recommend him to others.

Mark was amazing he was really honest about the operation I was having and told me the pros and cons. Mark made me feel so comfortable was so relatable and his bedside manner is second to none. Before the operation he was there and made me feel safe and explained everything. Was there when I woke up and made sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Every time I needed mark at any point during the healing process he was always available never did I have to wait and if he needed to he was there! I can’t say a bad word about mark. Also Stephen was amazing!! Made sure everything was done in my side pre op and post worked around me for appointments ECT and always just made me feel at ease when I wasn’t sure about something. I will never go else where. My end result is better than I could even have imagined! Thank you!

Dr Nickkho-Amiry was so easy to talk to, she was very reassuring and empathetic and I truly felt like I had been listened to.. I came away from my appointment with a clear plan of action which I really liked.
