I am currently still waiting for my 12:10 appointment. I cannot drive and have a taxi waiting it is 12:40

I found my consultant to be incredibly knowledgeable, competent snd able which instilled confidence in me. The hospital itself was efficient, clean and all staff were friendly.

A very clean, modern, comfortable building. My first experience with a private doctors/hospital and could not praise enough. Stress free experience, no crowded waiting rooms, punctual service, and friendly reception team.

One Hatfield Hospital - the only criticism I have of this remarkable medical centre is its name ! I know that it follows the "brand" chosen for a number of centres, but it makes no sense locally. It has been open now for about 4 years and is starting to establish itself as a 'centre of excellence' in the Welwyn Hatfield Borough. When I first went there in 2018 I described it to the first Managing Director, Andy Burns as "the best kept secret in Hertfordshire, but it is certainly not that now, thanks to Andy's Herculean efforts to polish the image in his 3 years as MD. Having met his successor, Claire Armstrong, I've no doubt that this process will continue unabated.
