I was impressed by the care received, the facility and staff were very polite and friendly. Everyone was extremely helpful. Other clinics should learn from this model .

A pleasant experience all round, with the added novelty of being in the shard! Everyone was lovely, kind and welcoming.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

A great experience

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)
