Mindful Recovery felt like a place where I could actually be honest. There was no pressure, just people who took the time to understand what was going on and offered real help and accountability.

Best option for me to get the help I needed and still be able to work as group sessions are done in the evenings. The therapists and admissions service team were brilliant so supportive, still check in with my progress now and again since completing the program

I don't know how I got to the place when I called Keysteps - but I did! I was a mess and now I am not! Kind non-judgmental and at the end proactive. You cant go from 0 to 10 or 20 to 0 depending .... but it is a family and a support system if I need it.

Great experience. Helped me in my darkest hours and got me into an amazing rehabilitation centre. My therapist was empathetic & easy to talk to. Really did understand how I was feeling
