Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

She's made the whole process easy and enjoyable and the small tweaks she suggested were easy to incorporate into a busy schedule.
