As a very nervous patient, one of the many aspects of the service I receive from Phil and Esther (hygienest) is that they explain at each stage of any treatment exactly what they're doing. This prepares me, helps me relax. The whole reception team are always friendly on each visit. I recently gave birth via planned C-section and stayed at the Fitzrovia Suites, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The team was fantastic checking on us on the clock very attentive and always with a smile. The suite itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering a much-needed sense of privacy and peace during recovery which made a real difference, especially in those first few days post-surgery.

The medical staff and therapists were very caring, attentive and supportive. The nursing and support staff are amazing and keep spirits high as well as delivering the highest standard care.
