I saw Mr Kukreja to help deal with stage 4 bowel cancer. Mr Kukreja undertook an operation on me to remove the tumour from my bowel (an anterior resection). My experience was excellent. From the build up to the operation, through the day of the operation itself, and the follow up, Mr Kukreja was always very clear in his explanations and very pleasant to deal with. He seemed to inherently appreciate the level of detail I was happy to receive and pitched our conversations accordingly. The operation itself couldn't have gone any better. It was completely successful in removing the tumour and very low impact to me personally. I did not need a stoma and my wounds healed up very quickly to the extent I was effectively back to normal within a couple of weeks (which was very beneficial as it meant I could move on with my other required treatments much quicker than otherwise may have been the case). I genuinely couldn't recommend Mr Kukreja highly enough.

High professional punctual and friendly.

Mr Basu put me at my ease, right from my first appointment. He explained everything, and listened to my concerns. On the day of my operation he explained, all what would happen. He came to see me after he had performed my operation, and told me what to expect, recovery time, etc. Such a lovely man.
