As a anxious person, especially in regard to health, I am always very nervous to see doctors. However, from the start of my appointment I felt at ease, I felt listened to and very much respected. I never reveal that I suffer from anxiety to the doctors that I see, as it has been twisted and used to dismiss my symptoms many, many times. But, this time I felt i could,.and it wasnt an issue, nor was I treated differently as a result. Thank you for a refreshing appointment and experience. It really goes a long way.

After receiving diagnosis of heart failure I was quite anxious but Dr. Rampat was very calm and explained all the tests I had received and explained that I needed a heart scan which would be done at The One Hospital at Ashford
