My overall experience from the beginning to the end of my Refractive Lens replacement process was faultless. I would like to praise Mr Goel and his team for the way they dealt with the particular challenges I presented. My vision now exceeds the expectations I had before undergoing the procedure. From arriving at reception to leaving the hospital following my procedure the experience was very good.

Great staff everything explained throughout procedure and visit. Aftercare however terrible tried to contact between procedures but unable on hold more than 15mins at a time gave up. Referral after 2nd eye from optician saying i needed medication waited 2 weeks no word from optigra. Still waiting and stressed
