My overall experience from the beginning to the end of my Refractive Lens replacement process was faultless. Mrs Quayle was incredibly professional whilst also empathetic and did a great job of putting my son at ease. The examination was performed quickly and Mrs Quayle made sure to explain the method and results to my son to help him understand what she had done and why. Following examination we were provided with useful information to help us understand the treatment plan. I would recommend Mrs Quayle to anyone needing to see an ENT consultant.
