Mrs Quayle was incredibly professional whilst also empathetic and did a great job of putting my son at ease. The examination was performed quickly and Mrs Quayle made sure to explain the method and results to my son to help him understand what she had done and why. His calm and professional manner made a potentially daunting experience feel far more manageable. He took the time to explain everything clearly beforehand and ensured I felt comfortable and safe throughout. The level of care and attention he showed was outstanding, and I felt genuinely supported every step of the way.
