Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

I have been a customer since about 1998, and the fact that in my mid Seventies I am still in good health, actively jogging, hiking and skiing, part-time working and enjoying a good marital life is good evidence for the enormous positive impact the treatment by Dr. Carruthers and by those who succeeded him has had. On top of that, I have found all the staff working in the Centre to be invariably very helpful, competent and friendly, making interactions a pleasure. For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.
