I’ve been consistently impressed with the exceptional services provided by Hooke. The multidisciplinary team at Hooke is exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable, bringing expertise from every angle to create a well-rounded approach to health. A special mention to Hollie and Filipa from the Client Services team, who are always efficient, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Hooke for anyone seeking excellent preventative healthcare with outstanding customer service. They truly go above and beyond.

The staff here are incredible and I have been blown away by the level of care I’ve received. They have made this experience so much easier and because of them I never dreaded going into the hospital to receive treatment.

Throughout all of our IVF journey Dr Irfana has given us a top level of treatment. She strives for the best results, is thorough, and is really responsive and caring at the same time. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

The team was very helpful and the premises were clean and quiet. Overall, it was a nice and friendly atmosphere.
